What we do
Weekly mowing
We stripe tall fescue on a weekly or every-other-week pass. Edges get trimmed and the walks get blown off before we leave. Same crew, so the lines look like last time.

Spring cleanup and fresh mulch
Winter leaves come out of the beds, and we put down a fresh layer of dark mulch along the front of the house. Boxwoods get a tidy cut so the ranch looks looked-after again.

Fall leaf cleanup
Oak and maple leaves don't wait. We blow and haul them so the fescue can breathe, then come back if another drop lands on the lawn.
